This Refund Policy governs the conditions and procedures for receiving a refund for services purchased from Hum Dum Matrimony (the "Company"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Service.

I. Refund Eligibility Window

A user ("You") is eligible to apply for a refund only if the request is initiated within a strict 24-hour window following the time of subscription to any paid plan or service purchased on the Website (the "Service").

• Timely Request is Mandatory: Refund requests received after this 24-hour period has elapsed, irrespective of the use of the Service, will be denied.

II. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under, but not limited to, the following conditions:

• Request Outside Window: If the refund request is initiated more than twenty-four (24) hours after the purchase transaction time.
• Account Suspension/Termination: If Your account is terminated or suspended due to a breach of the Company's Terms and Conditions of Service.
• Third-Party Services: For any services, content, or payments made directly to Third-party Social Media Services or external links found on Our Website.
• Dissatisfaction with Matches: Dissatisfaction with the number or quality of profiles, matches, or communication received through the Service, as the Service provides access to a platform, not a guaranteed outcome.

III. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, You must contact the Company immediately within the 24-hour eligibility window by email:

The request must include the following information to expedite processing:

• The full name of the Account holder.
• The email address associated with the Account.
• The Date and Time of the paid subscription purchase.
• The specific Plan Name that was purchased.
• The reason for the refund request.

IV. Refund Processing

If Your refund request is approved and meets the eligibility criteria defined in Section I, the Company will process the refund as follows:

• Credit Source: The refund amount will be credited exclusively back to the same payment source (e.g., credit card, bank account) used for the original subscription purchase.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 4-7 working days from the date the refund request is approved by the Company. Please note that "working days" exclude weekends and public holidays in the Country (Uttar Pradesh, India).
